bneXt Innovation Academy, in partnership with the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP), successfully held the second part of its Cybersecurity Masterclass series virtually on September 21 and 22, 2023.
Titled “Cybersecurity: Vulnerability Management and Response,” the session allowed participants to learn the latest in security techniques such as automated incident response, threat intelligence, cloud-based tools and communication processes. Expert trainer, Mr. Jefferson Agruda, shared how to implement vulnerability scanning methods, analyze output from vulnerability assessment tools, and analyze data to prioritize vulnerabilities. By the end of the 2-day session, participants would be able to deal with security challenges with the latest security methods available.
As the Cybersecurity Masterclass series progresses, the upcoming Part 3, titled “Cybersecurity: Incident Management, Reporting, and Communication,” promises an even deeper dive into incident management strategies, reporting procedures, and effective communication during cybersecurity incidents.
