We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to spearhead the SAP SF solutions.
• Implement, configure and test solutions to ensure they meet client needs
• Provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors functionality and usage
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide training to end-users
• Resolve system issues and defects in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures and processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and features.
• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Experience with HR processes and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
