We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to join our SAP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver end-to-end SAP RE-FX solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- With proven experience in at least one full-cycle, end-to-end SAP RE-FX implementation project, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to real estate and lease
management.
- Configure and customize SAP RE-FX to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and support lease contract management, rental agreements, property master data, and rent calculations.
- Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards such as IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
- Integrate SAP RE-FX with SAP FI, CO, Asset Accounting (AA), Project System (PS), and other relevant SAP modules.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
- Support data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and business users to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
- SAP certification in RE-FX, S/4HANA Finance, or related SAP modules is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience working with global or regional implementation projects
