Operations Associate
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with HR Operations (HRO), Finance, IT support and Business Unit Leads to ensure assets are properly secured and managed through the asset lifecycle
- Implement processes that would facilitate controlling asset acquisition, maintenance, and retirement
- Recommend and create policy, processes and standards for asset and inventory management
- Organize receiving function (Receive, inventory, and label company’s assets; Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that all goods meet specifications and corresponds to the order)
- Keep the related documents in an organized and easy-to-access manner
- Keep the inventory up to date in order to meet the company’s needs
- Develop a good working relationship with internal clients and share information on a regular basis
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Assist in HRO Admin tasks such as, but not limited to, statutory compliance, document management, and health & safety management
- Support the HRO department as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business course
- At least 3 months internship experience as an Admin Associate or HR Associate preferred
- Good command of the English language, spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept in Microsoft applications most especially MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Knowledgeable in using editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva
